See All ReviewsTa Corriendo is hands down one of my favorite spots to grab food. They’re conveniently located right on the corner here in town, which makes it super easy to swing by a few times a week like I do. I always do carryout. I will say inside seems a little bland atmosphere wise for dine in. Their steak quesadillas are absolutely incredible — authentic Mexican style and packed with flavor. Honestly, they’re so good that I haven’t even tried anything else on the menu yet because I just can’t bring myself to order something different. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Mexican food, I highly recommend giving Ta Corriendo a try. You won’t be disappointed!
The man who works here is super friendly, helpful, and runs everything himself! The food is incredible—you have to try the sope! The place is a little run-down, but the food completely makes up for it! This place is a must-visit in La Porte!
Do not come here ! I wrote a big review about how good it was and it’s back nasty again. I mean the rice smelled moldy the beans were hard. It like depends on the owners mood it seems. It was nasty when I first moved here and then became the shit again and now nasty again but last time i couldn’t even eat it it smelled so bad and i always tip! I couldn’t believe the food was served that way. Please just move along to el cantarito. It’s generic yes but still good for that taste of Mexican you look. Try Michigan city as well but hands down if you ever passing through south bend! That’s where the tacos throw down and you’ve got multiple choices. My personal favorite is taqueria Chicago or Rosales even Frank’s tacos !
